What should I wear for a massage?

Wear whatever you are comfortable in. You must, however, wear underwear. Old is fine!

How many treatments do you recommend?

Everyone is an individual, but most people benefit from an initial package of three. You can decide after the first session whether you wish to rebook. Never any pressure.

I have never had this kind of treatment before, so how do I know it's for me?

Why not book an introductory session and take it from there?

Is there parking?

You are welcome to park on the drive or on the street outside. If you park half up on the pavement, please make sure there is room for a buggy to pass.

How can I pay?

I prefer cash or bank transfer. I can accept cards but there will be a 3% fee.

I would like a massage but I don't want to take my clothes off, is this possible?

It's completely up to you. We can massage through clothing, either with you on the couch or sitting up on a chair.

Is there anyone who can't have massage ?

If you have a heart condition or epilepsy I may need to check with your GP first. If there's anything you are not sure about, please have a chat with me first before booking in.

I am pregnant. Can I have a massage with you?

Yes. I am a former midwife fully trained in pregnancy massage with Burrell Education. If you are less than 12 weeks pregnant, or have any pregnancy complications, please discuss with me first. Thank you.

I'm not quite sure what my issue is, I just feel bad. Can you still help me?

Yes, absolutely. I will help you get some clarity also.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

I ask for 24 hours notice for any cancellation, except in an emergency of course.

Can I get a refund on a package I have bought?

I'm afraid I don't do refunds on packages. You can, however, give them to a friend or exchange them for a different type of treatment.

I would like to buy a voucher for a friend, how long are they valid for?

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. If you need something different, please ask. I can post to you or deliver if you are local.
